Our Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you will receive full refund, if you contact us within 7 days and tell us:

• Why you are not fully satisfied.
• What we can do to improve the product you purchased to make you 100% satisfied.

Your refund will then be issued within 72 hours of your request.

We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service (real people answering!) and our quality control. Rarely however, there still could be an issue if you have an unusual system configuration or if you purchased a product for the incorrect Windows version.  If this happens, please contacts us. We would be delighted to to help you with your problem. We constantly strive to improve our service, products and website and your feedback is important to us.

Note: To qualify for full refund as described above, you must register with the same name and email address used in your PayPal transaction.

• Shipping is FREE!  That's because all our products are instantly available for download and no physical shipping is involved! 
• Downloaded software is available immediately upon cleared payment (please wait a few seconds for the page with the  button to appear). To download your files, click the download button (and choose "Save to Disk" from the popup menu):
