What is File Time and what does FileTimeNow do?
In Windows, every file has an associated
creation time,
last modified time and last accessed time. Time
means the
year, month, day and the actual hour, minute and second.
Sometimes, because the computer had its clock set inaccurately
or
for other reasons (e.g. some tools and applications
use file
time for certain functions), you may find yourself in a
situation
where you have to modify the time a file was
last
modified (edited) or accessed.
Changing the date or time on a file could be quite

Note: It goes without saying that
you can only change the time of a files to which you have
write
access. This is especially true in Windows 7, which has
stronger protection for system files.
